My senior service technician Rich Samkas was friendly, he did the job right and had fast service so I can get my day started! Rich was well mannered! Rich wore his pink floor savers while in my home to protect my floors! Greatly appreciated Rich's professionalism and service! Chris came to do our annual service. We had a great experience. We are aware that our unit is towards the end of its life but aren't ready for the purchase quite yet. The prior tech had been very pushy and trying to get us to finance a new unit through them however, Chris let us know that he was here to service it and make sure that it is running well and then to get out of our way. He wasn't pushy. He didn't try to oversell us on a product. He simply completed the service that we requested and made it such a lovely experience. Always great service! Carlos came out to clean and service our unit despite having to be out in the rain. He was friendly, personable, and again, great with service, communication, and I love that they take photos. We scheduled a routine maintenance with Greener Solutions Heating & Air -- and I'm so glad I did! Carlos showed up right on time and was incredibly professional from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly check and take pictures of every part of the system, clearly explaining what he was doing along the way.
Not only did he identify the problem, but he also fixed it on the spot. My heater is now running better than it has in years! It's heating up my home faster and more efficiently, which I know will save me money on energy bills. We now have peace of mind with the monthly service we signed up for without the pressure of having to invest in a new system right away.
